Usui Reiki Level 1 Class: Introduction to Healing Energy

In this class, you’ll learn about the history and principles of Reiki, including the traditional hand positions used to channel energy to yourself and others. You’ll also explore the benefits of Reiki for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, and learn how to integrate Reiki into your daily life. Additionally, you’ll learn about the seven major Chakras and how they relate to the practice of Reiki.

You will also have the opportunity to receive an attunement to the universal healing energy, which will open up your channels to receive and transmit Reiki energy. This attunement is a powerful experience that deepens your connection to Reiki and sets the stage for your continued growth and development.

Throughout the class, you’ll have plenty of time to practice Reiki with other participants, building your confidence and honing your intuition. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to confidently give a full Reiki treatment to yourself and others, and you’ll receive a signed certificate of completion for level 1 Reiki.

Registration is required for this class, and availability is limited. Payment in advance is necessary to reserve your spot, and the class fee is $200. The fee includes a Reiki book, handouts, and a healing crystal to enhance your practice.

Please bring your lunch and wear comfortable clothing.
