This is a great recipe for mid-winter because it’s full of good-for-you stuff and it’s very filling and hearty. Also, it’s pretty quick if you’re a busy person. It is a very malleable recipe, so you can add to it or change it up in any way with vegetables and spices you have on hand and it will still taste great with the baseline ingredients (diced tomatoes, broth, and some kind of green like kale, cabbage or swiss chard).
