Do you have scented geraniums growing in your yard?  We do and we love to make a simple cake with them.  We usually grow rose and lemon scented geraniums and they make a lovely, lightly flavored cake that is great with a cup of coffee or tea.  You can use any scented-geranium leaf (as long as you they don’t have any pesticide on them!)  
 
Note:  You need to plan ahead for this cake because the butter and sugar need time to be infused with the scent of the geraniums.
